As-Is Provision

This software is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

API Key Security

You are responsible for the safekeeping and security of your API keys. Do not share API keys with others or commit them to public repositories. Any loss resulting from key exposure is your responsibility.

Third-Party AI Services

When using third-party AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or DeepSeek, you must comply with each provider's terms of service and privacy policy. See the Third-Party AI Services & Data Notice for the data path, user controls, and important considerations.

Disclaimer

hexagon-codes and contributors to the HexClaw project shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software. You are solely responsible for any decisions and actions resulting from your use of HexClaw.

These allocations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and users' statutory rights, remain unaffected.
